17km of wild river for a journey of about 2:30 hours, it's a great activity to do with family or friends. Make sure to apply sunscreen to avoid unpleasant surprises once you're on your boat.

The Street Art Park of the Château de Candes
On the Loire à Vélo route and the Compostelle route, the Street Art Park of the Château de Candes is a unique place where urban art mingles in the heart of a wooded 5-hectare park. For 4 years, the estate has hosted artistic residencies that offer street artists the opportunity to express themselves away from city walls, in an exceptional natural setting. Over the seasons, the park transforms into a true open-air gallery, inviting visitors to a walk where contemporary art interacts with nature.

The second Sunday of the month in Montsoreau is sacred: the Loire lends its royal setting to the famous flea markets. Thousands of antique dealers and collectors flock to the banks of the small town of character at the border between Anjou and Touraine. Collectors arrive at dawn hoping to find a hidden gem while navigating between the stalls. Whether true enthusiasts or casual strollers, everyone comes to admire old books, trinkets, lace, furniture... and to enjoy the magic of the river.
