Designed as a Mediterranean garden, the Zen Garden unfolds around century-old trees and rare species. The paths wind between the pools, the cave dwellings and the treatment areas.

A true journey through greenery, to slow down before entering the ritual.

Reception & herbal tea room

First breath, first ritual

The experience begins with the reception and herbal tea room and the changing rooms. A calm transition where you set down the noise of the outside world: herbal teas brewed on site, robes and slippers ready, lockers and private showers.

A few minutes to slow down, before immersing yourself in the ritual.

Indoor pool & sauna

All year round, sheltered

The heated indoor pool, open all year round. A calm space between the garden and the stone, where natural light filters gently through the high openings.

Alongside, the Finnish sauna with dry heat, for detoxification and a return to silence.

Outdoor pool

From 1^st May to 30 September

From 1^st May to 30 September, the heated outdoor pool opens onto the garden for lengths in the open air. Sun loungers in the shade of the trees, an open view over the estate.

Nordic bath

Warmth of wood, open sky

Sheltered under a wooden canopy, the outdoor Nordic bath heated. A vivid, soothing contrast that awakens the circulation and invites contemplation.

Heated all year round — the experience is even more striking in winter.

Cave hammam

Carved into the tuffeau

Carved into the rock, the cave hammam borrows the coolness and acoustics of the tuffeau vaults. Steam, eucalyptus, and the slow tempo of the stone.

An hour suspended in time

Beneath a historic vaulted cellar of the Château, the Spa Côté Loire welcomes you for a one-hour interlude, out of time.

A 10-metre heated swim lane facing the triptych Aqua Vitae In Profundis by Axelle Borealis, in dialogue with a sound identity created by Erik Eide — a one-hour ambient composition that follows the rhythm of the swim.

On the terrace, a Nordic bath with a view of the Loire.

For one, for two, or with full private hire.

Solo & Duo · Open from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Our cave massage space invites you to live a wholly new sensory experience. Nestled in the rock, this haven offers two rooms, solo and duo.

Let yourself be carried away by deep relaxation, in harmony with the natural energies of the place.

At the heart of the Street Art Parc, the geodesic dome offers a unique 80 m² space able to host up to 20 participants.

Freely available to our resident guests — mats, straps, blocks and exercise sheets provided.

Classes and workshops led by our local partners: yoga, Pilates, ayurveda, sound therapy, reflexology, forest bathing.
